Non-Retainer Court Costs

All Court filings for non-retainer clients are charged at $25.00 same day/ $20.00 next day. Outside the downtown area will have additional charges as follows:

All Court filings should be submitted with clear instructions, case name, case number and all pertinent information.

All documents submitted to court from Active Legal Service should be filed on the date submitted, However Active Legal Service can not guarantee that documents submitted will be filed on the day received.
