We offer Surveillance, Still Camera and Video Camera.
Active Legal Services has a Licensed Private Investigator with our office who has 20 years of experience in this line of work. We have several tools in finding people who are hard to find, in most cases.

Note
All Attorney Services are limited to the availability of serving
on Military Bases since the tragedy of September 11, 2001.
**Since I am retired military I have unlimited access to all bases. Upon request, we will set up Appointments with Base Legal for any Serves we receive on the local Military Bases.

Advance Policy
Any filings that need Fees and are not provided by the client will be advanced and assessed an administration fee of cost plus 10%, the fee is waived if Active Legal is reimbursed within 48 hours. We will only advance on behalf of your Firm if your office approves of the advance. Any assignment that is not authorized to advance fees will be returned to your office without being completed. Active Legal Services will not be responsible for delays or consequences resulting in non filed pleadings. Rush assignments may require extraordinary handling in order to complete your request. Your Law Office will incur additional charge.
