All Attorney Services are limited to the availability of serving on Military Bases since the tragedy of September 11, 2001.

**Since I am retired military I have unlimited access to all bases. Upon request, we will set up Appointments with Base Legal for any Serves we receive on the local Military Bases.

Advance Policy

Any filings that need Fees and are not provided by the client will be advanced and assessed an administration fee of $10.00. We will only advance on behalf of your Firm if your office approves of the advance. Any assignment that is not authorized by your office to advance fees will be returned to your office without being completed. The only exceptions are, if the statue is running out or if this is a rush assignment. Active Legal Services will not be responsible for delays or consequences resulting in non filed pleadings.
